MAIN FEATURES·Independent speed reducer with two outlet shafts is used. The teeth of the gear wheels casehardened and ground. The speed reducers outlets shafts are connected to two independent bearing cases of the machine. This new construction reduces faults and easy to be maintained and repaired.·The barrel is made from stainless steel tubes of 22 mm in thickness, which can stand pressure as high as 10 MPa.·Extra long (1,650 mm) lightweight stainless steel worms of special design are used, to increase the thrust pressure to the soap.·Two courses of perforated plates are installed to increase the compactness and fineness of the soap pellets. Twice processing of the soap will be realized when duplex pelletizer is used .The soap pellets after the duplex palletized is much compact and translucent, good for pneumatic conveying.
