·The machine is program controlled. This automatic soap press is an integration of vacuum,   pneumatic, electric, refrigeration, and auto/manual lubrication components.·One prime mover, through cam, and a crank mechanism, drives all working mechanisms, e.g. that  for soap pressing , soap tablet suction cups etc. One characteristic feature of the machine  is that operations such as soap billet feeding to dies, pressing between upper and lower dies,   pickoff pressed soap tablets from the dies, and trimming of the soap flash are carried out   during die shafts 60 degrees turn, instead of during 180degrees rotation of die shaft in   former horizontal soap press. Two third of operating time is thus reduced, so the overall   speed of the press is increased accordingly.·The new machine rocks only 60 degrees for each stroke of the reciprocating dies, resulting in   simplicity of the overall structure of the machine. Complicated and high-precision mechanical   seal for rotating shaft is no longer required. The simplicity of structure of the press leads  to less vulnerable points, making the machine more durable and reliable.·All driving parts are made from high-grade steels and heat-treated. The bearings are all made  in Germany, or Japan. All parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel.·The machine is at the worlds top level by its humanized and intelligent design and overall   quality supervision on manufacturing technology.
