MAIN FEATURES·New high-efficiency crutching equipment specially designed for manufacture of high quality trans lucent and toilet soap. The design is an outcome of years trial and error tests.·A double-leads screw of 450 mm in diameter rotating in a whirlpool generating tube produces vigorous whirlpool in liquid soap and other ingredients in the crutcher to mix the contents thoroughly . The homogeneity is raised apparently so that the translucent soap pellets obtained look more transparent. For toilet soap pellets the moisture is distr- ibuted more uniformly .·Gesr reducer is supplied by SEW, Germany.·All parts in contact with soap are in stainless steel.·The agitator can be rotated in both clockwise and counter- clock-wise directions, to reduce crutching time.
