 1.Output: from 1500kg/h at beginning to over 8,000 kg/h when all items of the equipment in the unit come into normal operation.

2. Moisture of the soap noodles: from 13% to 28%. At high moisture (low TFM), the noodles come out from the refiner smoothly.

3.The capacity of each item of equipment has reached its rated capacity of 8,000 kg/h, and there is a high potential for their output to go up  

    My company of 6000kg / h soap low-fat high-moisture grain production line, the YiHai(Dongguan) Oil Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. successfully completed the installation and debug of production line, and put to trial a one-time success, so the set of projects have been operated stable or installed and debugged in YiHai Group's Kerry Oil Chemical Industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., YiHai(Indonesia) oil chemical industry Co., Ltd., YiHai(Lianyungang) Oil Chemical Industry Co., Ltd..Soap tablets produced from 8500 can realize 62% of the fatty acid content, transparency can reach 50 (according to the new standard),stability of grain produced per hour are up to 6000 kilograms ,which fully meet the design requirements or exceed customer requirements.The project tackled the implementation of existing international technology,machinery,equipment ,which be unable to produce low-fat high-moisture soap tablets of problems. The implementation of projects not only fill the technology gaps in the international arena,and explore a new path for soap equipment, research and development,which create a fatty acid and saponification precedent for the localization of equipment for the offering substantial savings in equipment investment costs, but also create considerable economic benefits for customers,and proved once again that my soap machinery and equipment were in the field of strong R & D and professional manufacturing capabilities,which fully be able to meet all kinds of soap making equipment needs for our customers.
